A simple collection of helpfiles for things that I regularly want access to. Web interface is the simplest :-) Lets just say I became tired of looking all over the show for it, so its all gathered together in a neat little pile :-) where, hopefully, the tendency for it all to get “lost” is reduced. Yes, I do know what the American Slang is for “reverse”.

Debian Buster has a broken PulseAudio/ALSA interface. Incredibly annoying “buzz” on speakers like something in the input audio chain has just been unplugged exactly 5 seconds after a package has stopped using audio. Turns out *IT HAS*!!!! /etc/pulse/default.pa (and system.pa) has the line:

load-module module-suspend-on-idle

For God’s sake, #comment it out!!!! pulseaudio –kill and –start. Months..........
